Vision and MyVision Client has been specifically designed to integrate with Nortel's Call Centre products including Symposium Call Centre Server (SCCS), Symposium Express, BCM, and even Meridian 1 ACD to delivery fast, accurate information to your agents and supervisors. Driven by a friendly user interface that can be accessed by multiple Supervisors, the Vision administration software allows you to quickly configure new statistics or text messages to be displayed, or you can drag a previously defined element and simply drop it on a sign.

Tricolour ACD Displays (135KB)
DTI's Tri-colour ACD display is designed to be mounted prominently on a wall or ceiling for visual broadcast os ACD agent and queue information.    The "queue status" information displayed includes Queue No., Active Agents, Longest Call Waiting time and No. of Timed Overflow calls.  

Vision and MyVision (456KB)
